Booking Terms & Conditions

Deposits & Payments

  • A 25% deposit plus the full cost of any airfare tickets is required to secure your reservation.
  • The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the tour start date.
  • Payments are accepted by credit card, bank transfer, and for some itineraries, cash upon arrival.
  • If you choose to pay by credit card a 3-4% bank processing fee will apply.

Rates & Taxes

  • All rates are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Best Way Travel reserves the right to correct any pricing errors.
  • Airfare rates are not guaranteed until tickets are issued and paid in full.

Change & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total tour cost:
    • From the booking date until 61 days prior to arrival: 0% cancellation fee, excluding airline tickets and cruise ship, which are subject to the airline and cruise ship cancellation policies.
    • 60–31 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee
    • 30–15 days prior to departure: 75% cancellation fee
    • Within 14 days of arrival: 100% cancellation fee
    • No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 30 days.
  • Please Note:
    • Airline tickets are subject to the airline’s own change and cancellation policies.
    • Cruises may have special deposit, payment, and cancellation conditions, which may differ from the above and will be communicated accordingly.
    • Bookings made for peak periods are subject to different cancellation and refund policies than our standard terms

Flights

  • Quoted prices are estimates and flight times are approximate.
  • Any changes to flight schedules may result in a price adjustment.

Travel Documents & Identification 

  • All travelers must possess a valid passport and any required entry visas.
  • Failure to obtain proper travel documents does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
  • Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date and contain a minimum of two blank pages.
  • Passenger names on all travel documents must exactly match the passport (first, middle, and last names).
  • The Egypt entry visa fee is payable in cash upon arrival per person.

Flight & Ferry Delays

  • Airline and ferry schedule changes or delays are beyond the control of Best Way Travel and are considered an inherent risk of travel.

Hotels 

  • Hotel accommodations will be provided as outlined in the itinerary.
  • If a listed hotel is unavailable, an alternative hotel of equal category will be offered.

Cruises 

  • Cruise accommodations are based on the itinerary description provided.
  • Cruise lines reserve the right to substitute vessels or modify itineraries, sometimes at short notice, due to operational, weather, or navigational conditions.
  • Best Way Travel is not responsible for cruise ship decisions regarding ship substitutions or itinerary changes.
  • Due to docking conditions on the Nile, cruise ships may dock side by side, which may limit cabin views.
  • Tipping is customary on Nile cruises and is generally expected at USD 5–10 per person per night, covering drivers, hotel staff, cruise crew, and service personnel.

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Hotel check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM
  • Nile cruise check-in: Before lunch | Check-out: 8:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Acceptance

  • Payment of a deposit or full payment constitutes acceptance of all the above terms and conditions
