Rates & Reservations
Rates are per person, double occupancy, unless otherwise noted. Rates are guaranteed at the time that the deposit is received by Best Way Travel. Until such time, rates are subject to change. If your reservation changes from double occupancy to single occupancy for any reason or at any time, you will be charged the single occupancy rate. Group rates are determined by the number of travelers, therefore, any cancellation within the group will result in an increase rate for the remaining travelers.
Reservations & Payments
Reservation will be confirmed via email with a detailed itinerary and confirmation of deposit. Until Itinerary is signed by traveler and payment received by Best Way Travel, reservation is not guaranteed. Prices are in U.S. dollars. All payments must be made by cash, check or charge to any major credit card company (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). Credit card transactions may be subject to an additional processing fee. Best Way Travel reserves the right to cancel any reservation that is not paid in full by payment due date.
Tour Operation
· All Tours are conducted on Private Basis, for individuals
or groups
· Most Tours can be customized upon request
· Transportation or Accommodation change (downgrade or upgrade)
is available for all
packages upon request
· Property might be changed due to high occupancy season or
circumstances beyond our control, an alternative will be provided within the same
category booked.
· Tours are run on Daily Basis with possible Itinerary
inversion to sync with Nile Cruise sailing dates
· Tours are operated in English, different language speaking
guides can be requested 48 hours in advance
Nile Cruise Operation
· The order of your itinerary may have to be amended due to
Nile River lock closures, low water levels or any other unforeseeable
circumstances, your listed sightseeing stays our obligation.
· Abu Simbel Tour requires early rise and move, your
sightseeing included on the same day can still be conducted, otherwise will be
shifted to the following day.
· Due to the increasing number of boats on the Nile, at some
docking points boats are moored side by side obstructing the view from cabins.
· Traditionally, a tip is expected at the rate of USD 2.00
per person per night
which includes coach drivers, bell boys, housekeeping staff,
crew, bar/restaurant staff and all off the boat tipping.
Optional Sightseeing Tours
· Our packages may contain suggestions for activities for
your leisure time.
· Those optional Tours can be purchased pre-arrival or will
be available for purchase locally based upon availability. Some optional tours
require a minimum number of participants and may not be operated; in such
cases, the tour company will attempt to notify you locally, and you will
receive a full refund.
Accommodations
· All rooms are standard (two single beds / king size bed),
unless you have specifically requested and paid for an upgraded room category
· Special requests such as room view, bed types, smoking
preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability.
· Triple rooms consist of standard twin beds or one double
bed plus a sofa/folding bed for third person.
Check-in/Check –Out
· Normal check- in time at hotels is 2:00 PM and check out
is 12:00 PM, while at Egypt Nile cruises check-in time will be before lunch and
check-out is at 08:00 AM, however in case that your check – in/Check -out time
at your Hotel/ Nile Cruise Ship does not coincide with your flight times, an
extra charge will be added for hotel / Nile cruise depends on your arrival
time.
Special Needs Travelers
· Most of our tours require a moderate to high level of
walking. It is important you advise us of any particular needs prior to
booking, in order to advise you if it is suitable for you to book.
· Please note that accessibility services and amenities
differ from one country to another. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the
availability or access but will do our best to accommodate your needs.
· Pregnant women should consult their doctor prior to
booking and review the intended destination and itinerary.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. If you must cancel your tour, the effective date of cancellation will be upon our receipt of your notification. You will receive a full refund for any cancellations made up to 75 days before departure.

Changes to Reservation
We will not charge a fee for any changes made to your reservation outside of 60 days before departure. Any changes made 60-0 days before departure will be subject to availability and may be subject to fees by Best Way Travel, airlines, hotels, and other third parties.
Inclusions & Exclusions
Every tour is tailored to suit the needs of both groups and individual travelers. The confirmed itinerary provided by Best Way Travel will include all the details of what is included and excluded in the traveler’s tour package.
Travel Protection
We strongly recommend that travelers purchase travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during travel. It is the responsibility of the traveler to purchase and maintain adequate travel insurance coverage.
Travel Documents
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that they have all the necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and visa (if required). The passport must remain valid for at least 6 months after the conclusion of the tour as indicated in the itinerary provided by Best Way Travel for U.S Citizens. We will send you the specific documentation requirements when you make a reservation. The traveler is responsible for obtaining all necessary documents required for the tour.
Photography
During our tours, Best Way Travel may take photos or videos of travelers for marketing purposes. Travelers always have the option to opt-out of being photographed or filmed at any time.
Health & Medical
As a travel agency, we prioritize the health and safety of our clients. However, we strongly recommend that all travelers obtain adequate health and medical insurance prior to embarking on their trip with us. It is also the responsibility of the traveler to inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to travel. Best Way Travel reserves the right to deny any traveler from any tour who physically or mentally, in our opinion, compromises the operation of the tour and/or the safety of the other travelers on the tour. Best Way Travel is not financially liable for any unused portion of the tour in the event that a traveler is denied.
Responsibility
At Best Way Travel, we strive to operate every tour as scheduled. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we may need to cancel a tour. If this occurs, we will provide a full refund of the tour cost to the traveler. Additionally, if unforeseen circumstances require us to change a hotel, we will select alternative accommodations of the same or better quality. We will make every effort to ensure that any changes made do not significantly impact the quality or enjoyment of the tour.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of Best Way Travel services will be resolved through binding arbitration.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with the confirmation email, constitutes the entire agreement between the traveler and Best Way Travel.
